During our participation in Espacio Food & Service 2026, we had the opportunity to connect, exchange ideas, and introduce ClearPrint’s work to students, professionals, and companies across the food industry.
They were days filled with conversations, questions, and great interest in learning more about the carbon footprint of food. and understanding how our decisions and processes within the industry can have different impacts.
An opportunity to connect and learn.
One of the aspects we valued most about our participation was the opportunity to hear firsthand the questions and curiosities of those who visited our stand. We answered questions, met new people, and discussed the importance of measuring and communicating the environmental impact of food in a more accessible and easy-to-understand way. We also had the opportunity to share our experience through a talk, where we once again saw the growing interest in integrating sustainability into the food industry.
Younger Generations Are Already Talking About Sustainability.
A particularly rewarding moment was speaking with students from INACAP, who shared that their education already covers topics related to innovation and sustainabilityFor us, seeing these concepts make their way into the classroom is a very positive sign. Those currently pursuing their education will be part of the companies, ventures, and organizations making decisions in the years to come.
Seeing environmental impact measurement become part of these conversations shows us that the industry is moving forward and that a growing generation is interested in understanding these challenges.
Our Mission Continues to Grow.
At ClearPrint, we want understanding the environmental impact of food to become simpler and more accessible. Our mission is to transform complex environmental impact data into information that people and businesses can understand and use to make better decisions.
Espacio Food & Service 2026 allowed us to continue moving toward this goal, but also to listen. Understanding people's questions, concerns, and curiosity helps us identify what information they need and how we can communicate it more effectively. We leave feeling very happy with everything we experienced: we connected, learned, met new people, answered lots of questions, and had a great time along the way.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by to meet us, talk with our team, and share their interest in building a food industry that is increasingly aware of its impact. We continue working to make the carbon footprint of food a more visible, understandable, and useful piece of information.
En At ClearPrint, we measure the environmental impact of food so businesses and consumers can better understand what goes into the products that make it to our tables.
